These terms apply when you instruct Removifi, a trading name of Telo AI Ltd (company number 14474051, registered in England and Wales), to seek the removal of online content on your behalf.

1. What we do

We assess a review you identify against the published content policies of the platform hosting it, and where there are grounds we prepare and submit a removal request on your behalf. We act as your agent for that purpose only.

2. What we do not do

We do not guarantee that any review will be removed. The platform, normally Google, makes the final decision on every request and we have no control over it or influence on it. We do not remove genuine criticism from real customers, and we may decline a case at our discretion.

3. Fees

Our fee is £199 for the first review we successfully remove for you, and £99 for each subsequent review we successfully remove. A review is “successfully removed” when it is no longer publicly visible on the profile following our request.

If the review is not removed, no fee of any kind is payable. There is no assessment fee, no administration fee and no upfront charge. There is no subscription, retainer or minimum term.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store raw card details.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business concerned, and that any information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Giving us false information may cause a request to fail and may put you in breach of the platform’s own terms.

5. If a review returns

If a review we removed is reinstated by the platform within 30 days and you have already paid, we will either re-appeal at no further cost or refund that fee, at your choice.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any case is limited to the fees you have paid us for that case. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill or business.

7. Cancellation

You may withdraw a case at any time before a decision is made, at no cost. Email or WhatsApp us and we will close it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
