If the review is removed

You pay £199 for the first review we successfully remove, and £99 for each further review we successfully remove. We invoice you after the removal, not before. Payment terms are 14 days.

If the review is not removed

You pay £0. Not a reduced fee, not an admin fee, not a contribution to costs. Nothing. We do not hold an amount on your card and we do not take a deposit, because we never asked for card details to begin the case.

Who decides

Google decides. Every time. We build and submit the case; the platform rules on it. Nobody, including us, can guarantee an outcome, and you should treat anyone who does guarantee one with suspicion.

What counts as removed

A review is removed when it is no longer publicly visible on the business profile following our request. If it reappears within 30 days of you paying, we will re-appeal at no further cost or refund that fee, whichever you prefer.

Cases we will not take

We will not take on a review that reads as a genuine customer describing a genuine experience. Those cases do not succeed, and taking your authorisation for one would waste your time. We will tell you when we think that is the position.

Withdrawing

You can withdraw a case at any time before a decision, at no cost, by emailing or messaging us.
