How it works
Search. Check. Authorise. Track.
The whole process is online and takes a few minutes of your time. We do the rest, and you hear from us at every stage.
What we actually do
We appeal the review to Google on your behalf. That means reading the review carefully, identifying which of Google’s published content policies it breaches, gathering what evidence exists, and submitting a properly argued removal request through the channels Google provides for exactly this purpose. There is nothing illegal or underhand about it, and we will tell you plainly when a review looks like fair comment that Google is unlikely to touch.
Google reviews every request and makes the decision. We do not have a back door, a contact, or any influence over the outcome, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we have is experience of which arguments land and how to present them.
How it works
Five steps, start to finish.
No sales call. No booking form. No account to set up before you see anything useful.
- 1
Find your business
Type your business name. We pull up your Google Business Profile so you can confirm it is you.
- 2
We pick one review
We look at your recent negative reviews and recommend the single strongest one to challenge first.
- 3
Free policy check
We assess that review against Google’s published content policies and tell you which grounds apply.
- 4
We appeal it
You authorise the case, we prepare and file the request. Track every step in your dashboard.

Google decides

What can actually be removed
We appeal on Google’s own rules.
Google publishes the content it does not allow in reviews. Our whole job is to show, clearly and with evidence, that a review breaches one of those policies. Nothing about that is secret, and nothing about it is illegal. We do not remove legitimate criticism, and we will tell you when a review looks like fair comment.
Fake or fraudulent content
Reviews left by people who were never customers, or posted to manipulate a rating.
Spam and repeated posting
Duplicate reviews, bulk posting, or content posted from multiple accounts.
Conflict of interest
Reviews left by competitors, former staff, or anyone with a stake in the rating.
Off-topic content
Content that is not about a genuine customer experience of the business.
Harassment or bullying
Reviews targeting a named individual, or personal attacks on staff.
Offensive language
Profanity, obscenity, or abusive language directed at the business or its people.
Personal information
Reviews exposing names, phone numbers, medical details, or other private data.
Impersonation
Accounts posing as the business, a member of staff, or another person.
Other prohibited content
Anything else Google lists as restricted or prohibited under its review policies.
The honest part
Google makes the final decision on every review, every time. No one can guarantee a removal, and not every negative review can be removed. What we can do is build the strongest policy based case available and carry it through the process properly, at no cost to you if it does not land.
Let’s prove it with one.
