Removifi is a trading name of Telo AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14474051. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Telo AI Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: your email address and mobile number, and your name and business name where you provide them.
Case information: the business profile you ask us to work on, the review in question, and any context you give us about it.
Publicly available business information: business names, ratings, review counts and published review content taken from public Google Business Profiles.
Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address, your browser user agent, and the pages you visit on this site.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store or process raw card numbers.

Why we use it

To carry out the removal request you have asked us to make. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
To keep you updated on your case by email and, where you ask, WhatsApp. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
To contact businesses that may need our service, using business contact details. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time and we will stop.
To take payment where a removal has succeeded. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
To keep our records, meet our legal obligations and prevent abuse of the service. Lawful basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the service: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.

To make a removal request we submit relevant case information to the platform hosting the review, which is normally Google. That is the point of the service.

How long we keep it

Case records are kept for six years after the case closes, which is the period we need for tax and legal purposes. Records for checks that never became a case are deleted after twelve months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email hello@removifi.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
