Can you guarantee the review will be removed?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google reviews every request and makes the final decision. What we can promise is that you are charged nothing if it stays up.
Is this legal?
Yes. All we do is appeal a review to Google through the reporting channels Google provides, arguing that it breaches Google’s own published content policies. There is no hacking, no fake reporting and no impersonation.
What kinds of review can be removed?
Reviews that breach a Google policy: fake or fraudulent content, spam, conflict of interest such as a competitor or former employee, off-topic content, harassment, offensive language, personal information, and impersonation. If a review is simply a genuine customer being unhappy, it usually stays, and we will tell you so.
Will you remove honest criticism?
No. We do not take on cases where a real customer has described a real experience. That is not what this service is for and it would not succeed anyway.
How long does it take?
It varies. Some cases are decided within days, others take several weeks depending on how Google handles the report and whether it needs escalating. You will see each stage in your dashboard as it happens.
What does it cost?
£199 for your first successful removal, £99 for each one after that. If the review is not removed you pay £0.
Do I need to give card details to start?
No. You authorise us to act, we do the work, and payment is only arranged if Google removes the review.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. There is no booking link and no sales call. Everything runs through the site, email and WhatsApp. If you would rather speak to someone, say so and we will call you.
What happens to the review I picked if it fails?
Nothing further, unless you want us to try another. There is no charge, and we will give you our honest read on whether another review on your profile is a better candidate.
Can you remove reviews from Trustpilot, Facebook or TripAdvisor?
